King Khan Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has got bail after 26 days in the cruise drugs case. The hearing was held in Bombay High Court for the last three days after Aryan Khan was not granted bail from the Special Court, Lower Court, and Sessions Court. In the cruise ship drug raid case, the Bombay High Court also granted bail to Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant. The most special name is Mukul Rohatgi, who has been the former Attorney General of the country. Rohatgi had especially traveled from Delhi to Mumbai to argue Aryan’s defense. Aryan Khan was granted bail by Mukul Rohatgi’s vigorous plea in the Bombay High Court.
After getting bail, Mukul Rohatgi said that after hearing the arguments for 3 days, the Bombay High Court had granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha. A detailed order will be placed tomorrow. Hopefully, by tomorrow or Saturday, they will all come out of jail. He said that they (Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmum Dhamecha) would come out of jail after the court issues the order. For me, this is a regular affair. To win some, to lose some. I am happy that he (Khan) has got bail.
The legal team of lawyer Satish Maneshinde, representing him in the Aryan Khan drug case, said that Aryan Khan has finally been released on bail by the Bombay High Court. No capture, no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy from the very first moment of being taken into custody on October 2nd! Satyameva Jayate.
