Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai got married to Asar Malik on Tuesday. The families of both were present on this occasion. Malala herself gave this information. Malala’s spouse Asar Malik is the general manager of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He joined here in May 2020. Earlier, he used to work for the Pakistan Super League. Malik has also run a player management agency. Malik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2012.

Malala has confirmed the wedding in a simple ceremony at her Birmingham home. Malala, who supported girls’ education in Pakistan’s Swat Valley, was shot by the Taliban in 2012 while returning from school. At that time, Malala was only 15 years old. Malala was treated in Britain, after which her life was hardly saved. After that, Malala completed her education at Oxford. Malala was jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 with India’s Kailash Satyarthi working for children’s rights when she was just 17 years old. She was the youngest winner to receive this award.

In 2013, Malala also received the prestigious Shakhrov Human Rights Prize from the European Union. Apart from this, he has also been honored with many awards. Malala Yousafzai was born on July 12, 1997, in the Swat district of northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan, in a lower-middle-class family. At the time of his birth, the family did not even have enough money to go to the hospital, and Yousafzai took birth at home with the help of neighbors. At the age of 11, he started writing a diary under the name Gul Makai. Its purpose was to bring to the fore the situation of girls living in the Swat area, but then the threat of Taliban was very high there.
